Welcome to London Coaching Methods! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website [YourWebsiteAddress.com] (the "Site") and the personal coaching services, workshops, and related content provided by us (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Site and Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or Services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our Site or Services, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age and are legally capable of entering into binding contracts. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Description of Services
London Coaching Methods provides personal coaching focused on career development, relationship enhancement, and self-esteem building. Our services include one-on-one coaching sessions, group workshops, online resources, and related support. Coaching is a partnership where the coach helps the client achieve their personal and professional goals. It is not therapy, counseling, or financial/legal advice.
3. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Be honest, open, and willing to actively participate in the coaching process.
- Communicate clearly with your coach, including your goals, concerns, and progress.
- Attend scheduled sessions punctually. If you need to reschedule, provide at least 24 hours' notice, or as per your specific coaching agreement.
- Understand that you are fully responsible for the decisions and actions you take as a result of the coaching.
- Complete any agreed-upon actions or assignments between sessions.
4. Fees and Payment
Fees for coaching services and workshops will be communicated to you prior to engagement. Payment terms will be outlined in your individual coaching agreement or event registration details. All fees are typically due in advance of sessions or workshops unless otherwise agreed. Missed sessions without adequate notice may be charged.
5. Confidentiality
We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all client information, as detailed in our Privacy Policy. All communications between you and your coach will be kept strictly confidential, except where disclosure is required by law (e.g., risk of harm to self or others, child protection concerns) or with your explicit consent.

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. While we strive to provide high-quality coaching, we make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes or results. Coaching is a subjective process, and success depends heavily on the client's commitment and effort.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, London Coaching Methods, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the services; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services in the 6 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
You may terminate your coaching relationship at any time by providing written notice to your coach, subject to the terms of your specific coaching agreement regarding refunds for unused sessions. We reserve the right to terminate the coaching relationship or your access to the Site if you breach these Terms, fail to make payments, or engage in conduct that is disruptive or harmful to the coach or other clients.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
